Protection Against Retaliation

Tacit Logistics strictly prohibits retaliation against anyone who reports concerns in good faith. We will take appropriate action to protect whistleblowers from retaliation, including termination, demotion, harassment, or other adverse employment actions.

Investigation Process

All reports will be promptly and thoroughly investigated by qualified personnel. We will maintain confidentiality to the extent possible while conducting a fair and complete investigation. You will be notified of the outcome when appropriate and legally permissible.
